You will not receive a physical copy of our software products upon purchase. These can either be downloaded or emailed to your mail address.
Regarding the Budget Tool, a trial version of the software is available from our portal and GM Tech Analytics expect that you would have been fully acquainted with the features of the tool. Therefore, fees collected for purchase of the Budget Tool are non-refundable.
Regarding other tools available in our portal, we expect that you would have familiarized thoroughly with the features in the tools before subscribing to them, and therefore, fees collected for purchase of the other tools are non-refundable.
